    D. Wade isn't a motivator. Okay, well I don't call that good leadership. Under D. Wade's leadership, the Heat aren't even a playoff team

    Like the Dream said, Wade isn't a guy like Darrell Armstrong who can lead vocally. Thus, he leads by example. In many ways, that is more effective. It's not Wade's fault that his teammates didn't take conditioning seriously this offseason, and its not his fault that they haven't been healthy all year. Despite that, with Shaq back, he will probably lead his team to the ECF again maybe farher.
