Being a guy who is fascinated with numbers, I posted last year where the players were in the all-time rankings for scoring. With significant turnover on the roster, the numbers will be quite different and many of the guys will not appear. However, for those that DO appear, here are their rankings: 24. Damian Lillard - 4,977. Trails Larry Steele @ 5,009 98. Meyers Leonard - 802. Trails Theo Ratliff @ 808 115. Chris Kaman - 638. Trails Charlie Davis @ 643 118. CJ McCollum - 625. Trails Mike Holton @ 627 173. Allen Crabbe - 201. Trails Phil Lumpkin @ 202 250. Tim Frazier - 23. Trails James Thomas @ 24 In the FWIW department - additional Damian Stats: 5th on the 3 pointers list @ 599. Trails Damon Stoudamire @ 717 13th on the Assist list @ 1495. Trails Steve Blake @ 1558 20th on the FT Made list @ 986. Trails Mo Lucas @ 1021 34th on the Steals list @ 235. Trails Travis Outlaw @ 236 Gramps...
Interesting to see the formerly much maligned Meyers Leonard, with very limited PT in his first three regular seasons is already in the top 100 in scoring in franchise history. And... in before someone bitches that he's also not top 100 in rebounding. BNM
Actually, Meyers is #69 all-time rebounding @ 616. Trails Jermaine O'Neal @ 651. BTW Lillard is #51 in rebounding @ 923. Trails Gary Gregor @ 925. Gramps...
Hmm. Will Leonard pass Lillard in career rebounds this year? Place your bets now! Lillard will likely finish the year around 1250 for his career. That means Leonard will need around 640 to pass him. So, 8 rpg over 80 games gets him there I'd give him a 50/50 shot.
Cool, thanks. Jermaine O'Neal: 4 Seasons 2436 Minutes 651 Rebounds 817 Points Meyers Leonard: 3 Seasons 2406 Minutes 616 Rebounds 802 Points Pretty evenly matched to that point in their careers. Here's where it gets interesting... Jermaine O'Neal Season 5: 81 Games/80 Games Started 2641 Minutes 794 Rebounds (9.8 RPG) 1041 Points (12.9 PPG) It will be interesting to see if, given comparable playing time, if fourth year Meyers can see a comparable increase in production to fifth year Jermaine. If he can, he may be in the running with C.J. for MIP. Although, Jermaine didn't receive a single vote for MIP after his 5th season - but he made the All Star team and won MIP his 6th year. BNM
As long as we're talking about Meyers.... 48 on the 3 pointer list with 50 (11 behind LMA) 63 on the block list with 57 (ahead of both Shawn Kemp and Joel Freeland - the two immediately behind him)
This is one area where Meyers can't compare to Jermaine. Through 4 seasons in Portland, Jermaine had 153 blocks. In his 5th season, he led the entire league with 228 blocks. BNM
Now that we're a month into the season, thought I would update. 20. Damian Lillard - 5,415. Trails Wes Matthews - passed Larry Steele, Rod Strickland, Mo Lucas, Nic Batum. 86. CJ McCollum - 984. Trails Danny Young @ 1,008 92. Meyers Leonard - 889. Trails Shawn Kemp @ 895 115. Chris Kaman - 648. Trails Corky Calhoun @ 652 151. Allen Crabbe - 347. Trails Qyntel Woods @ 352 172. Al-Farouq Aminu - 207. Trails Dan Dickau @ 212 180. Mason Plumlee - 182. Trails Eric Maynor @ 187 189. Ed Davis - 125. Trails Gary Grant @ 127 192. Mo Harkless - 119. Trails Hank McDowell @ 123 230. Gerald Henderson - 54. Trails Walt Gilmore @ 58 233. Noah Vonleh - 51. 249. Tim Frazier - 27. 282. Cliff Alexander - 10. 297. Pat Connaughton - 5. 302. Luis Montero - 3. Additional Damian Stats: 5th on the 3 pointers list @ 650. Trails Damon Stoudamire @ 717 12th on the Assist list @ 1617. Trails Darnell Valentine @ 1619 19th on the FT Made list @ 1069. Trails Rod Strickland @ 1200 31st on the Steals list @ 254. Trails Kevin Duckworth @ 255 56th on the Blocks list @ 68. Trails JJ Hickson & Audie Norris @ 69 Gramps...
I don't trust Gramps' numbers. He somehow has me on the bottom of the prediction standings, which just can't be right.
Here is the Current Roster's All-Time Average Positive Ranking (Points, Rebounds, Assists, Steals, Blocks rankings / 5) Damian Lillard: 32.2 Meyers Leonard: 97.8 CJ McCollum: 105.6 Chris Kaman: 117.4 Allen Crabbe: 143.8 Mason Plublee: 154.4 Al-Farouq Aminu: 165.8 Ed Davis: 167.6 Mo Harkless: 185.4 Noah Vonleh: 214.0 Gerald Henderson: 232.2 Tim Frazier: 234.6 Cliff Alexander: 260.2 Pat Connaughton: 281.0 Luis Montero: 282.0 Gramps...

Mini-game: will Dame average the necessary 22ppg over the next 8 games to pass Roy for #15 before the all-star break?
