How in the world do they make these choices? Morrow would friggin torch anyone in the league. Only one who could give him a run would be Reggie, and even then, I'd put $ on Morrow... *edit: Actually, Ray Allen would give him a challenge, too...
Curry has more star power and he's already going to be in Dallas. Maybe the league asked the Warriors FO who they preferred for the 3-pt contest and because they're such cheap asses, only wanted to pay for Curry to go.
Would be funny to see Morrow hit like 8 3s in the freshman/soph game and then not be int he 3-point contest. Man, I can't believe he got snubbed twice. Has anyone ever led the league in 3-point shooting and NOT been invited to be in the contest the next year? I doubt it. Seems like that should be automatic. Curry is good, be he's nowhere near as good as Morrow when it comes to stroking threes.

Its probably more about drawing in fans than anything else. If they actually wanted the best 3 pt shooters it would be Ray Allen , Korver, Redd, Kapono, Matt Bonner, every year (you can add Morrow to that list now). Gallinari will get the Knicks large fanbase tuning in, not to mention the italian fanbase. And its the NBA's chance to get some publicity for a potential young star in a major media market. Morrow probably deserves it more than Curry too but Curry could draw in fans that Morrow can't and hes the better investment as hes more likely to become a star. Plus there would be no excitement since Morrow would smoke all of them.
So basically, it's all about money. They should have the fans vote in who gets to play then, just like the All-Star starters.

Yeah, that makes sense. I think he deserves to be in. I just think if you look at who the best shooters in the league are, I mean, Morrow is shooting 44% this year, and that's considered a slump for him! He's shooting better than anyone on the list from 3pt, other than Paul Pierce.
