    The Denver Cutthroats will close out the month of January and their month-long, 12-game road trip on Tuesday against the Tulsa Oilers before returning home for a weekend pair against the Bloomington Blaze

    Last week's record: 2-2-0

    Overall record: 21-17-4, T-4th in the Berry Conference

    -- LAST WEEK'S GAMES --

    January 22 at Bloomington Blaze, 4-3 Win

    Glen Cacaro netted the game-winner less than a minute into the third period and Kent Patterson stopped 37 of 40 shots to seal the Cutthroats win.

    January 25 at Missouri Mavericks, 4-1 Win

    Denver scored two power play goals in the first period and Kieran Millan handled the rest stopping 36 of 37 shots. Luke Fulghum scored a pair of goals and Troy Schwab finished with a three-point night.

    January 26 at Wichita Thunder, 7-0 Loss

    Torrie Jung made 14 saves and Greger Hanson tallied a five-point night for the Thunder, including a natural hat trick in the second period.

    January 27 at Wichita Thunder, 7-1 Loss

    AJ Gale scored Denver's lone goal in the third, but the night belonged to Wichita's Matt Robinson - who finished with a hat trick and a five-point night.

    Tuesday will be the first-ever regular season meeting between the Cutthroats and Tulsa Oilers. Friday's and Saturday's games will be the first played by the Cutthroats at Denver Coliseum since December 29. The weekend set also begins a stretch where Denver will play 12 of their next 15 games at home.
