Only way that can happen is to send $19M of contracts out and $14M back in and with the $5M diff taking the Jazz back under $70M...in fact even further when you take into account the diffs in cost between Deron and Harris/Favors Jefferson, CJ Miles, Raja Bell for Jason Richardson and Daniel Orton would work and would make sense for both teams
