<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Rok @ Mar 30 2006, 01:41 AM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>I thought you were leaving? On the game, I ended up missing most of it, didn't know about the early start time. When I turned on to see us down by 20, it pissed me off. But then I realized I didn't expect much after last night's letdown. Also, couple days ago I told Lazy if we lost to the Pistons, we would lose both. Mavs put a lot of effort shorthanded against the Pistons and that would leave them with nothing against a good team in Cavs. Loss bound to happen.I'm hearing Howard could go this next game against Orlando or next week. That's good news and Griff will follow. Harris seems to be towards end of season still. That's a lofty goal, 10 in a row. I rather lose some and rest guys.Edited: Had to add this for Mavsfan, Daniels is pushing himself out of the rotation with his play of late, when Jho/Griff come back, he will be the odd swingman. It's too bad, but it's looking that way.</div>Well, Mavs ended the season last year with a nine-game streak. We DO have to beat the Spurs, and Dirk BETTER learn to post-up against cousin Bruce.I heard Howard will follow, but really, have you seen Stackhouse the last couple of starts? We need Damp and Diop to do more. Diop is playing good defense, but we need Damp to go to the line more (something like 76% in the last 16 games on 30/39).Also, we need Terry to make those passes like he did against Detroit. That pass to Dirk with the And 1 was pure sweetness! Now, if Mavs get a big game against Orlando and Dirk comes up big, we'll all be like  , because Dirk NEEDS some momentum against this team. If you looked at earlier games, Dirk struggled against Bruce in those two losses, but was 12-20 from the field in that blowout win!!

Every team starts 0-0 in playoffs. Beating whoever in the regular season doesn't matter, especially since it looks like were not gonna get 1st. You think Kings thought about us taking 3-1 in regular season before beating us in 5?Your last comment is the only one I agree with and that's a given.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>I heard Howard will follow, but really, have you seen Stackhouse the last couple of starts? Also, Damp will not get to the line more when he's the 4th or 5th option at times. To get to the line, you need touches.<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE </div><div class='quotemain'>There is nothing wrong with halfcourt but Terry runs it too slow. The other team has plenty of time to react to what Dallas is doing and steals, bad shots, and shot clock violations can all come out of this. Harris always did a good job finding Daniels or Howard on the break so those freebies are not here now. Even when they were in the half court Harris was able to make things happen which forced a double team which gave Dallas easier opportunities to score.</div>Halfcourt offense is supposed to run slow.

Rok, what I meant was that if you bring Howard back, you're going to lose production. Stackhouse is averaging 24 PPG in the last two games, and has been having HUGE games.Josh is still a young guy, so he shouldn't feel bad about playing limited time and not starting on Friday.
