I think vegans are douchebags. But it takes amazing self control. If Lillard is in boxing shape he'll be a beast. Play him 48 minutes a game. But, he's been an ironman for us while not being a vegan, so whats the point

Carl Lewis is one of the most naturally talented athletes of all time. Dude barely lifted weights throughout his career. If he's your best example of someone who benefited from a specific diet, good luck separating out what effect it had on him. He's also well known as a highly litigious political aspirant, so again, good luck deciding which of his words are truthful.
Highly doubt the speed, sure I believe you on the joints but man, he will lose muscle without that protein. Of course he will shed body fat but the energy factor is the big one.
Biggest difference will be in energy. Pretty scary when you consider Lillards already impressive stamina.
Plus on that list I look at the lifters, I don't believe that for one second. You aren't putting on muscle mass like that on a vegan diet and if you are, you're on the juice hardcore
There are many types...also healthy fats...you can get in great shape without red meat or steroids....personally I'm not vegan...
