No way! We need to show players like Shaedon that there is a path to winning a championship after playing in Portland for 10 years.
I'm 100% in this camp. I'll actually be perfectly fine if Damian doesn't win a title as a Buck (or any other team he ends up playing for not named Portland).
Not wise to make moves out of dislike for another team, player, or agent. If Goodwin represents a great fit on a good contract, I'm all for it.
at this point im not sure its a great fit, love matisse but he made a whole lot more sense when dame was here. Rather Shae or toumani get more minutes via SF
I'm not pushing back on Thybulle specifically, just the idea of acting out of emotion instead of logic.
Guys, Thybulle was our Hart replacement and so far he is great! I didn't know what exactly motivated him to play that hard, but since you're saying he is from Goodwin I have some ideas)
Show Sharpe he can win a title by demanding a trade out of PDX? Don't see why this benefits the Blazers. If Dame fails in Milwaukee it might show the grass isn't always greener and perhaps he'd have been better served by staying in PDX with a Brogdon vet PG type of role.
Haha true. Probably made over 6000 dumber mistakes in my life.... So not going to worry about this one.
Dame is getting scathed in the media...this morning they had a headline that he's ranked 333rd on defense and that's a guy with lots of minutes.
I don't think all the sudden Damian will change who he is on the court. Who he is *off* the court didn't change either, we just never were exposed to it or open to seeing it.
I kinda wondered if Dame would get exposed if he went to a contender. He was extremely insulated here.
Is anyone tracking Dame game by game? I'm wondering if there is a forum member who has the time and would be so kind to start a thread and post his game stats from game to game for a quick review of how he is doing? It would be much appreciated from me if someone would be willing to create a thread and post his game to game stats.
...my friend ESPN is already doing it >> https://www.espn.com/nba/player/gamelog/_/id/6606/damian-lillard
