Not at all. And I am not tieing thew two together. All I am saying is there is a chance that Dame and CJ have talked and that CJ might not mind going to another team to be built around. A player to build around doesn't mean he is the best player on the team per say. If we were to get LBJ on this team, he would be the best player, but it would still be Dames team and built around Dame. Again, Clownzana is out of my equation. I just think it might be possible that the two have discussed CJ's role and what he could do on another team and I could see Dame wanting the best for CJ. CJ is VERY smart. This is why I don't think he would mind leaving to another team to be the number one scorer to build around ( again number one scorer doesn't always mean best overall player, see Lu Williams, or Paul Pierce in Boston, etc.) He knows he will never reach his optimum potential being the second guy behind Dame. Also, plausible doesn't mean probably. I definitely think its possible that Dame and CJ had that discussion and it might be possible that CJ said, yeah man, if you get what you want form me and can get me to a team that wants to build around me, id be for it.
I suppose CJ wouldn't mind if he was traded to a better team or to a better situation. But I am not sure the odds are too good for that to happen.
Well with only a fabricated theory to go on, I ain't buying and this reminds me of stories that you might hear at the senior citizens weekly knitting club gossip. I need something with some substance before I would buy what you're selling. There also hasn't even been anything to substantiate whether Lillard even asked for a meeting at this stage.
Again. Ive bypassed the Clo2wnzana meeting. I'm talking about Dame and CJ talking. Whether Clownzana posted that and its true or not is irrelevant to the point i'm trying to make. I am not asking you to buy anything. I'm simply saying I think it is possible that CJ and Dame have discussed CJ going to another team and that CJ would probably be open to that if itsa the right situation because he knows he will not reach optimum potential next to Dame. My thought has nothing to do with Clownzana. It is simply taking @UKRAINEFAN thought and running with it. Nothing to buy, jut a thought that this could have happened. Not the request to meet with PA. Seems like this forum likes to blame Olive for the issues where in fact, I have read plenty of old posts and posters that had issues well before the recent migration of some OLive members.
