If it’s so funny why not put your money where your mouth is?

You don’t actually believe the Blazers will win a championship but you’re still going to be an ass and the pretend that you do.

ET is kind of a fitting nickname for Turner. That voice of his is kind of extra terrestrial sounding

Ya I admit that I am. I get pretty annoyed when the exact same posters that go out of their way to kill any talks of Wembanyama because the odds aren’t in our favor will go straight to another thread and pretend to believe Damian can carry us to a championship.

Ownership has spent the last 2 trade deadlines making the team cheaper and less talented and yet people keep acting like there is some path to trading our way into being contenders.

Dame is one of a kind and I respect the fact he wants to win in Portland and it's a shame that right now the lack of ownership and a average ( prolly worse GM ) at best GM only reason I say average is ownership might be handcuffing him BUT in the deals he has done he prolly could have gotten either a little more / creative at least looking in from the outside. I am not sure the Blazers will ever win a ring in his career with the team but he deserves better then he has been given and being honest the window for a run with Dame at the helm is prolly 3 to 4 years left and add 1 to 2 IF a Sharpe or someone else steps up into the top spot for the team. I have no problem if fans think we should move on from Dame cause if a fan even the most die hard Dame fan does not wonder that he/she is lying to themselves. I really hope the ownership thing gets cleared up in the next 2 years and we get a much better GM and not going to lie starting to wonder if Billups is the answer too but IF Dame does not get better backing soon the door will not just be shut it will be sealed up and all the explosives and hope in the world will not reopen it .

I watched the interview with ET and Dame was referencing the media and talking heads who said he'll never win here....when he wins here he's going to heckle them obviously

Dirk's 2011 chip, I believe his only one, is up there with my fave titles. The year B Roy had that memorable come back game against them in Rd 1. When Dame does it for Portland (win it all), it will surpass that

Not only did he win that title but he swept the champs along the way and beat the LeBronBoshWade Heat. One of the most impressive title runs ever.
