Just got word that some places in N.O. are under 12 ft. of water. I don't want to ginx myself but I have heard places around my house only had 3-4 ft. of water. UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!! Most of Southeast Louisiana is without power. Lucky for me my friend stays at an apartment complex with generators. Most of the Greater New Orleans area is under 5-10 feet of water. People have called 911 cause they are being forced on top of their roofs. Buildings have collapsed and many places have had roofs ripped off. I'll know more around 4 p.m.
