<div class="quote_poster">K8BE24 Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Take out Nowitzk and Nash from their teams, they are still a top 5 nba playoff team. </div>sorry that is a ridiculous comment, how do you know how good they'd be? I hate that argument. You could just as easily predict that Nash would have Kwame and Odom playing to their potential finally and Vujacic leading the league in 3 point percentage.
Vujacic leading the league in 3 point percentage? Please. The guy can't even make a wide open shot to save his life. Btw, Odom was having the best season of his career before the injury. Kwame's also been playing injured as well....
Dallas actually would be still great, I just don't know about the Suns. Jerry Stackhouse avg. 30 ppg in Detroit so I'm sure he could get that without Dirk. So everybody knows that Kobe whens that arguement. He just scored 53 points last night against the Rockets but the Lakers lost and he only had 2 assists with 43 field goal attempts. To me that is not a MVP. This sundays matchup between Mavs and Suns will contribute greatly to the MVP race. But when it comes down to it I think MVP belongs to Dirk Nowitzki.
<div class="quote_poster">K8BE24 Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">MVP= Most Valuable Player. Kobe= 30.8ppg Nowitzki= 24.9ppg Nash= 18.8ppg If big D reaches 70 wins, then the German is your MVP. Nash cannot possibly win 3 in a row. Take out Nowitzk and Nash from their teams, they are still a top 5 nba playoff team. Take Kobe out, the Lakers and the Celtics rivalry will be reborn. Kobe is your MVP hands down. If he leads his Lakers to the second round against my Spurs then he is hands down the MVP. </div> So your saying whoever has the most PPG should be MVP? Should T-Mac also have 2 MVPs?
If that were the case, Wilt would have 7, AI would have 4 MVPs, Tim Duncan would have 0, Magic Johnson 0.
