And Andre Miller doesnt have that much range out side of 15 feet, so having a backcourt that cant really stretch the D, would really take away from the effectiveness of Denver's strenght in the frontcourt. As for Miles free Agent status, if there is any truth to the Shareef for Wally S trade rumors, and it does go down then Portland probably wont match the offer Miles gets,so thats when teams will really try to start chasing Miles, but right now its useless to make him a offer because Portland has a hole in their wing position and probably will match almost any offer for him. So its not worth having your trade exception tied up in an offer sheet for a player who would probably get matched at the end of the 15 day waiting period after signing the offer sheet.
