Isn't that that bizarre spectacle where large men in funny costumes run at each other for 2 whole seconds before breaking for 10 minutes of ads? Can't understand why it hasn't taken the world by storm.
It's so nice to see how low your expectations are. If your happy with two wins in the playoffs every year, this is your team!
If I wanted to read about the Cowgirls I would look in another forum. This is a Blazers forum. Come on! Go Ducks!!
I would like to thank you for posting it, because I saw this clip behind it - and for the first time ever, I realize that George W. Bush did the voice-over for Steve Austin. Didn't know that before. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JktcQ2A32cU&feature=related
Nah I watch because I like watching young players who are oozing with talent fail to reach their potential year after year! I relish that feeling.
So you aren't a fan? Because it sure seemed like the rest of your post was judging and commenting on the progress. Or am I missing the sarcasm? barfo
We are a contender! This is a very good to great team now and could become something to remember for years to come. Healthy Oden, healthy Roy, and Batum and LA and we are right there. As someone has already pointed out, this can be "stop-em-dead-in-their-tracks' defensive team. Yeah there are the what-ifs of the nay Sayers but just what if they do stay healthy and they do buy into the D, what then?
You are right, here is the right forum. Why don't you go and make a prediction on how your shithawks are going to do in the 'fav team and prediction' thread.
Do you honestly think this team is going to stay healthy? There are many guys that are not good defenders on this team. Really the only two guys that are proven defenders are Batum and Camby. So they can buy into the system all they want.
I guess it depends on one's definition of the word "healthy." Do I think we're going to see the avalanche of misfortune and devastation we saw last year? No, but do I think Greg will miss his obligatory 20 games or so, and Roy his 15? Probably. The thing that's really going to matter is when the injuries occur and just how thin we are or banged up when the playoffs roll around.
