    I think he fits really well as a tweener though. You can put him at both forward positions.

    I like him as a player and as a good fit. Just not sure what it is going to take for him to get his shot back. He looked terrible after that one amazing game.

    We had this same discussion last year.
    Most people who post on this board were calling for NO to make a consolidation trade due to the forward(s) and centers being so abundant.
    Fast forward to the end of the regular season and Portland had one Center who was "injured, but not injured, but injured, but not?"
    Regardless if Nards was injured or not, he was still Nards.. And getting Minutes as one of two bigs available on the roster.

    Personally I think all these bigs will see run this year. As Davis/Nards/Nurk all have an injury history.
