LeBron is second only to Kobe the anal-rapist when it comes to being a drama queen and playing up some insignificant "injury" any time it looks like he's coming up short on the court. Pathetic.

Yes, while sleeping. It lasts about 30 seconds then goes away.

In 5 decades of watching sports I've never seen anyone cramp up and leave a game.

Broken jaws aren't the same as leg cramps in just about every way. However, there have been multiple incidents of NHL players playing on broken legs, ankles, etc. There was a great article a few days ago showing NH players mocking him for his cramps. Pretty funny

Kevin McHale is an example of a player playing on broken ankles (or maybe it was just one).

Anyone who is arguing he should have played really has not had serious muscle cramps. The pain is only a small part of it. The inability to expand the muscle is the biggest part. Not to mention the risk of completely ripping a cramped muscle and taking a year to recover. I can't believe people even question this.

Then again, hockey players are only the ice for a minute or so at a time, with the very best defenders coming close to 50% ice time. I've always wondered why hockey players can't play more than they do. Is it conditioning?

Lebron should be mocked for endorsing Powerade and then cramping up, but not for the actual cramps. There is no way to play on leg cramps, let alone walk normally.

Not sure if you are serious or not, but I have aged both through high school and as an adf. I can tell you that hockey takes way more out of you. 25 minutes a game in hockey is easily as tough or tougher as 40 basketball.

I get 'em in my foot. Frustrating as hell, and if I can't get it to stop by stretching or massage before it fully locks in, it'll be sore for two or three days.

What really sucks is when I suddenly sneeze while I'm frantically trying to contort myself into a position that will relieve the cramp. My Chiropractor thought it was both lucrative and hilarious every time it happened, lol...

Power-aid and Gatorade are pretty much the same anyway.

To avoid cramping, you need to get hydrated BEFORE the game, not during. Let's say, hypothetically speaking, the Spurs staff made a special effort to make sure all of their players were well hydrated two hours before tipoff? You know, just in case of some 'unforseen' circumstance....?

If you're dehydrated during a game, it's because of what happened in the days leading to the game. Short of an IV, which doesn't always work right away, either.

No, but he's had hot flashes.
