Does Frank still start Marcus or do we got to Devin now?

I'm excited with the fact that we have Harris....AND we have Marcus, just beginning to play well. 8 assists isn't bad from Marcus. Off-sets the bad shooting a little bit.

And the fact that we can switch it up with Harris and Marcus. When one's playing bad we can put in the other, or when one player has the advantage over the other team we can play him more...I like that.

Considering we're going up against Tony Parker I'd figure Devin starts with Marcus off the bench.

If the Mavs don't make it out the first round this year what are the odds Kidd demands a trade?
    I'd put em at 50/50.

Considering that Harris is a better defender than Kidd and 12 years younger, and that we got Diop and two picks in the deal, uh, you're going to need to do a little bit better than 3 assists...

    thanks for the clips!

I'm going to try and not get too far ahead of myself since it's only one game..but with that being said, it was a great start for him in NJ.

Wow. I didn't get a chance to catch the game, but looks like Harris was the one who started the Nets' run. Very impressive, but let's not get ahead of ourselves just yet. It's just one game, after all. One great game (for Marcus too, he just needs to shoot less), but still one game. Hopefully, both of our point guards can keep up the good work.

I just picked up Devin in my fantasy league... [IMG]

Awesome performance, I only got home to catch the tail wind of the game, but I was extremely happy to see where we were.

Just to show how special this kid is:

I just showed my mom his highlights from the game. I haven't seen Nets highlights MYSELF for a while, let alone my mom. Now, here's about what happened:

Harris is shown pre-game in his sweatshirt and with his big smile

    Mom: [laughs] "He's cute."

Harris blows past the defense en route to an easy layup

Mom: "Wow, he's fast, isn't he? He protected the ball like a football player."

Harris lobs the ball up for VC who dunks it one handed

Mom: "WOW! Look at that! One handed! [calls my sister in from the other room to watch the dunk]"

    Harris dunks all over Bogut

Mom: "Incredible! How tall is he? He looks short."

Harris is shown post-game with his big smile again

Mom: "He's really cute, we should bring him to Hapoel (our family's favorite team). Jason Kidd could never score like that. I like him."

Yeah it was only one game. I think he still will have some ups and downs. But it was a good start.

I was kinda iffy about him when he came in b/c I didn't see him play too much but I'm an Officially a Devin Harris fan. I really don't expect the same results each game though, he was just in the zone against the Bucks. Marcus didn't do bad at all but it seemed like two entirely different games when Devin was running things and when Marcus was running things. Hopefully Devin can keep it up and I believe he can be an All-Star for years to come. Also his body is much younger than his age which is great b/c he's got the experience and mentality of a 25 year old veteran and the body of a rookie. I love this trade but I don't wanna judge it yet b/c he was just in the zone. I would start him against the Spurs though. I'm kinda worried about VC and RJ though b/c when Devin was in they didn't really score too much but w/e.

That's okay. Maybe they can spend more energy on the defensive end if they don't have to carry the load on the other end 90% of the time.
