As was said earlier, sometimes you get a lucky bounce and things open up. Lucky first goal, now 2 more top shelf. Always have to go top shelf on a kid this big. His legs are so long he covers everything low. Good to see. Now don't let up in the 3rd, and let's at least force a coin flip game 7. May not love us back in NJ, but we'd have a reasonable shot, with the better goalie, and way more experience. But need to finish a strong 3rd here to get us there. As for Kane, look maybe he is very hurt, but the old saying is if you're playing no excuses. He has looked so bad, soft, and so lazy at times I just think he is not in the right place mentally. I wrote that after he was here a week or so, and I still believe it. He has said so many things that make you believe it is mental. I just want to be a guy, I want to fit in, you haven't really seen him be an outspoken leader, etc. I'm sure he isn't 100%, but I think he just isn't getting it. We didn't do all we did, play short, cap issues, send guys down to bring in just a guy Patrick Kane. His own words are saying I just want to be a guy and fit in. It is quite ridiculous really. That is why I keep saying man up Kane. Even if he was struggling I'd feel better if his words at least showed he gets it. They don't.
Yes, but no shell. That is death. Need to stay smartly aggressive, and get pucks deep. No fancy sh*t.
