So nice to see Grizzly Adams made an appearance before he died. Btw, I think some people need to temper the "Blazers winning the title" talk. It was 1 game. This is still the same team that lost to Philadelphia. Also, people need to remember that David Stern (and now Adam Silver) worked/works for the owners. And Paul Allen is one of the owners who has owned their team the longest AND still one of the wealthiest. The sonics leaving mostly had to do with an owner who was a schlub (Schultz) who sold, and a new owner (Bennett) who is wanted out and did everything he could to get out.
We beat GS BECAUSE we lost to Philly. It doesn't show our inconsistency, it shows our resolve. We're 10-2 since losing to Philly, and we were definitely robbed in the Toronto game. Regardless, we've played at a consistent high level since then.
