Did Pat Connaughton make his case for being one of the untouchables?

It might help if we make a trade that he could be filler to make trade work. But I believe he will have work his ass off this off season to make this team next year.

His footwork is absolutely terrible. If he can work on that....maybe.

why is he returning to baseball?

You've done enough, bgd, have you no sense of decency sir, at long last have you left no sense of decency?

No, but he may have finally made himself "touchable".

You like to say we overvalue our own players on this board but weren't you the one who wanted to trade a ton of shit for kobe bryatn coming off a torn achillies?

He did great and appreciation for a guy that is treated as bench fodder is the best way to view his status on April 11 2017. Right now his mom and dad are lovin this.IMG_1867 utility truck .JPG From this to

What's wrong with Meyer's footwork? Did you see the way he kicked the ball out of Napier's hands and set up Noah for the goofy layup at the end?
Watch it again. After it goes off Meyers knee, Napier reaches around the defender and passes it to Vonleh. It was a beautiful assist. It happened so fast that people missed that.

If you want to talk about untouchables, I give you:

The Hipster Hammer
You've probably never heard of him though.
I agree with you here. Don't really care what the numbers are saying for one game. I am looking at overall impact. Layman has got a bunch of upside that the Blazers need. I am thinking PC will go to another team and become a very good player though. Just not enough room for him to grow here at the position he plays.

Maybe he increased his trade value so we can throw him in for a team to take Leonard/Turner/Crabbe.
