1. Rode the Big Dipper at Janzten Beach? Yes 2. Attended soap box derby in Cups backyard Mt. Tabor? No. But we had the Milk Carton Boat Race in my neck of the woods as a kid at Westmoreland Park. 5. Skipped school to attend a party on the river somewhere? Yes 6. Ever ate at the Anchorage Restaurant in Sellwood? Yes 7. Were skaters and hung out at skate parks? Yes, many of us in the Sellwood neighborhood were skaters and/or bikers 8. Played organized sports after 30? Yes 10. Know where the first Sears store was in Portland? No. However, dad would take my brother and I to the Sears at the Clackamas Town Center every Sunday morning. 14. Ever been to Snow Bunny Lodge? Yes 15. Seen a MLB game? Yes. Seattle and NYC. 17. Been skinny dipping? Yes, several times. 18. Gone Streaking? Haha. I plead the 5th! 20. Been Parasailing? No. I've been on several static line jumps and skydiving. I must say parasailing looks like a lot of fun!
Veritable Quandry is gone. Buckaroos were a favorite of my father and my younger brother. Never been on the Canby Ferry. I rode the O. City Ferry once about 60-65 years ago. I've been going to Caro Amico for about 60 years. Took my wife there about a year or two ago. I've got several other favorites by no time now.

I remember Portland's first Sears store. It was their regional headquarters until they sold the building. I saw what might have been Oregon's first streaker in 1965 at O.S.U. 1, 2, 3, 4 yes, Rather than a Spanish coffee I prefer Portland's own coffee nudge.
