<div class="quote_poster">Chuck Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Get your facts straight. Grant Hill has filled in for PG for the Magic plenty of times. He is a point forward, anyway. Great ballhandling skills, and driving, and dishing. On the subject of Diener, he will be a nice spurt off the bench, to drain threes. I just noticed: we got a white guy who can hit three pointers at every position PG - Diener SG - Redick SF - Turkoglu PF - Garrity C - Darko</div> Get my facts straight? Please... spare me the tough talk...
<div class="quote_poster">CLos Wrote</div><div class="quote_post">Did I say for Diener to start for us?? NO I DIDN'T. What I was saying was in like the 3rd quarter or something put Diener in and have G.Hill manage the PG position but on defense guard his regular man. I never said start Diener over Nelson.</div> You're right... i was mislead by all of the praises, you never mentioned starting diener... This still doesn't take away the fact that you guys are suggesting we have Grant Hill play PG... I've never seen Grant play PG and I might be wrong... so if anyone else knows that Hill played PG last season... Tell me and i'll believe. edit: I'm not talking about taking the ball upcourt... i'm talking about playing the PG position.

Diener would still guard the opposing PG and Grant Hill guards the opposing SG/SF. I've seen him play plenty of times at PG and also seen him play in Detroit.
