I mean, honestly, who kicks someone in the face?</div>I cant really explain that. hahah I want to say that I dont think he meant to kick him in the face but how can you argue with it. IMO, that is one intentional play.

Also, the fans bi*ch too much about him playing good defense. That's why they call it being a "dirty" player.I say Raja Bell is kind of a dirty player. Kobe says some words about him, and he thinks he has the right to hit him. If Raja Bell wants to go to the UFC and get killed, let him go. But in the NBA, the players should have some class. Unlike, Raja Bell.

He just wanted to give Kobe a huge because he seemed to need one during that game. He just missed. :dunno:

All good defenders use their mind and tactics that bother other players. Their still dirty and not good defense. There was a game against the Mavs when Fin took a ill advised and intentional shot in the stomach away from the ball by Bowen and Bowen runs up the floor with Fin on the ground. And your telling me that's good defense? Another player I think should be thrown in as a dirty player after one play from the playoffs is James Posey. Who decided to push Hinrich down on a fastbreak. I've also seen him undercut a couple players in the past.

Fortson was voted the dirtiest player in the NBA in a poll by NBA players. He gives tons of cheap shots, and he is just a rough + dirty player.

A frontcourt of him and KT would have anyone running away with Fortsons cheapshots and KT's stare and toughness. :nasty: Stick Amare in their too with Raja Bell and Banks. [IMG]

The ref does not make a call when he is being "dirty". Most of the time Bowen plays straight out good defense. When he's using some dirty tactics, the ref doesn't call it. When the ref calls it, fair. But he should not be labeled a "dirty" defender, because of some dirty plays. <div class='quotetop'>QUOTE (Rok @ Jul 31 2006, 07:15 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}></div><div class='quotemain'>There was a game against the Mavs when Fin took a ill advised and intentional shot in the stomach away from the ball by Bowen and Bowen runs up the floor with Fin on the ground. Ron Artest, he has pulled off many dirt antics including the depancing of Celtics guard/forward Paul Pierce and Artest just plays with a mean and tough attitude which is dirty but also good to have on your team.Andres Nocioni, Noc always puts a body on his defender and won't give the opposing player any room or space to work with, Noc also plays hard-nosed defense, and rebounds with force. He's also had some dirty plays like the one on Dwyane Wade in the playoffs last year..hehe :shifty2:
