I sure do like Clinton, but when he started talking about school loans being proportional to what the graduate earns, I just could not believe he said it. It's akin to promoting generations of perpetual college students who TAKE the taxpayers' or lenders' money in exchange for not graduating and getting a job. Way to turn our higher education system into yet another welfare state trap.
