Do the Blazers HAVE to make a deal?

    That deal gets us veterans....two former all stars PLUS what could be a top three pick.....Ricky Rubio? Not only that we don't have to give up any of our big three core players to get this deal done.

    Yeah at a cost over way over 100+ million in contracts.

    All we are giving up is Jerryd Bayless, a couple of crappy draft picks and some scrubs.

    Yeah but getting a 114 million contract for a player that might never play again or if he does maybe never be as good as he was is just not going to happen. PA is rich and he got that way from not giving his money away. That deal sounds good on paper as long as your not the one that possibly could lose millions it is a good deal. Nobody will trade for Arenas and his contract not even PA. Especially in this economy.
