Do we even have a chance vs GS?

I understand that but with Aldridge out, Nate had to go with someone new and chose Cunningham instead of Pendergraph.

 

Also the unit that was in the game was doing well and keeping the lead and possibly putting in Pendergraph for Cunningham could have disrupted the flow the unit had. If we had last the lead then maybe he would have inserted Pendergraph.

 

But the truth is that we were playing great with JP and Nate chose to disrupt THAT flow and not come back to it. Nate robbed JP of his first career 20 rebound game. But we won so I guess it's okay.

Oh yeah I was at the game and everyone around me was like "Where's JP?!?!" and I was asking the same thing.

14 rebounds through 3 quarters does not necessarily equal 20 rebounds in 4. Let alone "robbing" someone of a 20 rebound game.

 

LOL. Robbed him of a 20 rebound game to try to ensure the win? Damn that Nate McMillan, alsway putting team success over individual statistical achievment.

 

We could've had both. Pendergraph was dominant on the glass and it made no sense to take him out.
