I'm not really sure if I miss Horry or not. I'll always remember him for his clutch 3's in crunchtime situations, and his cluth 3 pointer in 2002 that gave the Lakers the win over Sacramento that sent the series to a deciding Game 7, BUT last year his shots were not falling, and when we needed him to step up, he couldn't do it. I don't really like seeing Horry as a Spur, but just like my other fellow Laker fan said, as a Houston Rocket.

    Los Angeles Lakers: 19-5

Quick fact: Lakers lossed 2 in a row, but are back on track after picking up a win at home vs Denver on Friday.

    Previous 3 games

    <ul>[*] December 12th, Loss 110-93 vs Dallas
<ul>[*] December 13th, Loss 112-108 @ Portland
High Pts: K. Bryant 35

    <ul>[*] December 19th, Win 100-100 vs Denver
High Pts: R. Wallace 23
    High Reb: D.Davis 13

    Phoenix Suns: 9-17

Quick fact: Suns have struggled all year, but have been horrible as of late, a big reason being because they don't have Amare Stoudamire. They have only won 2 of their last 10. They are also 2-9 on the road this season.

    Previous 3 games

    <ul>[*] December 14th, Loss 107-102 @ Sacramento
High Pts: S. Marion 32
    High Reb: S. Marion 12

    <ul>[*] December 16th, Win 92-91(OT) vs Seattle
High Pts: S. Marion 19
    High Reb: S. Marion 14

    <ul>[*] December 18th, Loss 101-94 @ Portland
High Pts: S. Marion 20
    High Reb: S. Williams 9

    Probable Starters

    Frontcourt

    [IMG][IMG]Jake Voskuhl/Shaquille O'neal
    [IMG][IMG]Scott Williams/Karl Malone
    [IMG][IMG]Shawn Marion/Deavan George

    Backcourt
    [IMG][IMG]Joe Johnson/Kobe Bryant
    [IMG][IMG]Stephon Marbury/Gary Payton

    Keys to the game

    Lakers

<ul>[*] Feed the ball into Shaq, it's that easy, Suns will not be able to stop Shaq Daddy.
<ul>[*]Have to take advantage of being at home, control the tempo of the game, play solid defense.
Suns

<ul>[*]If Suns want to have any chance of winning this game, they have to rebound. Can't let the Lakers keep getting more attempts.
<ul>[*] Can't let Shaq get easy buckets inside, try to front him, foul him, do whatever, but if you let Shaq dominate Phoenix will have no chance in this game.
Current Team Leaders

    Lakers

    <ul>[*]Points: Kobe Bryant (22.1)
<ul>[*]Rebounds: Shaquille O'neal ()
<ul>[*] Assists: Assists: Gary Payton ()
Suns

    <ul>[*] Points: Stephon Marbury (19.9)
<ul>[*] Rebounds: Shawn Marion (9.1)
<ul>[*] Assists: Stephon Marbury (8.5)
Key Match-up

    [IMG][IMG]

    Stephon Marbury vs Gary Payton

    The 'X' factor

Will the Suns be able to contain Shaq?

    My predictions

Suns won't have a chance in this one, I take the Lakers by 10-15, unless they slack off, no way the Lakers will let the Suns get this one.
