I chose option 3, but I did read the transcript of the trial a few years back and I was struck with the thought that I don't think Kobe thinks he raped that girl ... on the other hand I think there possibly came a point in their "relationship" where she said "I don't want to go any farther" and he went ahead and went past that point. I'm still unsure of what exactly happened, and in the absence of definitive proof, I'd have to go with the legalese version of guilty or innocent and say there isn't sufficient proof beyond reasonable doubt. However, I do think he eats babies, without a shadow of a doubt.
