This was directed to kjironman, not the whole forum. kj: I don't want to search the threads to find your assessment of Game 2. Do you still believe we can win the series? Please make me a believer.

Why is this OT?? I was merely starting a thread for him to break down Game 2 for us. WTF?

Put this back in the Blazers forum. This is a Blazers related post. He's been studying the games for us. I want his assessment. So confused as to why this was moved.

You misunderstood. I wasn't calling him out in a negative way. He's been the best poster on this forum lately and I was starting a thread so that he could share his analysis.

I just want to point out that jinx is not a Christian concept. Things like karma and jinx are not part of Christianity. I think they can be used with Satanism.

    There is that switch.

I think if we would quit playing for the off season and instead with some purpose. There is reason to think they can be competitive.

    I appreciate the sentiment.
Right now i am trying my best to work on what i think the Blazers can do to get a win. There are a lot of things to look at. The defense is what i think will do it in the long run. Instead of trying new things to get the offense going i say hammering on them defensively is going to be my next real thing. Absolutely lock them DOWN!
To do this i think there has got to be a few changes. And really those changes are not going to hurt them that much on the offensive side. Start trapping a bunch more. Full court presses mixed in throughout the game. Never let them walk the ball up court. Start cruising the passing lanes and just create havoc defensively. The word i got is Afflalo did start shooting 3's today. That is second hand and i will have to verify that. That is huge if it is in fact true.
The Blazers have done a few things really well. But they have not solved the offensive problems. I personally still think Gee would be a better option starting than CJ or AC. I also hate to say this but a lot of the nitpicking of Dame has some validity. When i watched game two again i did see him pass up open shooters when he could have distributed better. I understand what he is doing but there is less trust right now in the way the offense is working. I guess that is to be expected when you are starting your 3rd and 4th string SG's.
LaMarcus is doing a fabulous job on Randolph. The combination of Lopez and Leonard are doing well against Gasol. Who is going to expect Green to hit a Fall away jumper from 20 feet again this series let alone 3 times in two games? I am still convinced the Blazers have gotten high percentage looks and the Griz have made a bunch of "Are you kidding me?" type shots. This series is one Blazer win away from turning around but it has got to be this game. If they go down 0-3 or even 1-3 the rest will be history when they go back to Memphis. They have got to win both of these games at home and make Memphis have to come back here again.

I didn't name this thread. Sly- please stop renaming my threads. This is not what I asked the forum. I was just asking kjironman. I hate being misrepresented. If you're gonna rename the thread, please don't put MY name on it. Put yours on it.

Honestly i feel the Team could very well feed off the home crowd and the Defense will win the game in the end. Energy is the key.
Does anyone know what chance Chris Kaman has of playing? Was that just a simple turned ankle or the dreaded high ankle sprain?
I also think the Grizzlies will in fact have a tougher time hitting some of their shots and that could lead to some easier open looks for the Blazers. The thing is if this game starts to go the Blazers way in the Rose Garden we all know what can happen.
