    there is some uncertainty whether it is exactly 72 hrs from when OKC receives the offer or the end of day on the 3rd day after offer rec'd

Also add transmission time from Woj's secret source in the league office to Woj. Add payoff time from Woj to the bank account of Woj's secret source in the league office. Add latency time due to the slowness of all computers involved, including ours when we receive the Woj tweet. I calculate we'll hear the news on April 17, 2017 at 2:53 am PT.
