Does anyone respect Kobe in the league?

    wrong kobe and tmac are not the same player kobe is the truth ppl always talk bout shaq but does anybody rememebr the 02-03 yr. when shaq was out and kobe AVERAGED 40 PTS A GAME for 9 games where was shaq then and also if u say magic johnson is great why not say kobe magic had worthy and kareem kobe had shaq is jordan great he had pippen is bird great he had mchale parish and walton is walt frazier great he had willis reed the point is greats play wit great players thats just the truth so stop wit the kobe had shaq bullshit and if tmac had shaq he would be great cause i dont think he would also who made first team deffense and first all nba it wasnt tmac i think that was kobe buddies

    Yeh, that was one of the most phenomenal streak a player has every had.
    Kobe is probably the only guy in the game that could pull off such a
    performance. If anyone ever doubts Kobe's individual skills, they obviously
    aren't paying attention. It's just his lack of team-skills is what keep
    him from being compared to those other players (Jordan, Johnson, Bird, etc).
    Rather than leading a team, he fights the team for glory and recognition.

    shaq was out 2 of those games, 3 at the most if i remember correctly... and kobe went on record as to saying he was going out with the intent of trying to get 40 every night... in one of those games, his team was up double digits and he was stuck at 38 and forced up shots when the game was already over to get to 40... not that impressive, thats why no one even talks about it any more... tmac could do that every night too if he wanted to like kobe did

    bullsh*t T-Mac cant do it every night. No one can.
