First of all, Christy is not a skeptic. He wrote much of the IPCC report before the politicians took it over. He has integrity - it's just hard for some people to see which of these guys have that. Second, did you read the two paragraphs preceding the last 4?

This January was the 3rd warmest in recorded history in Portland. Last December ('09) we had the most snow fall in recorded history for that month. Global warming: depends on the year.
