Frankly, I'm tired of Allen's mercurial nature. If he sells, sobeit. Every year, a poorer owner manages to win the Larry O'Brien trophy. We'll find another owner for the team, and they'll stay in Portland.
Just an odd little FYI. According to Lowe of SI, when Silver gave his interview to the Gory-Onion, he placed some interesting restrictions on it. One of which, was that he would only talk to a business reporter - not anyone who worked in the Sports department (and might actually know what questions to ask). I can't decide if this is a statement on how crappy Quick, et al, are at their job......or if Silver was afraid of something.
