Dom Cruz was in rare form on The MMA Hour on Monday. Among other things he said:

-- Leaving Team Alpha Male was the best thing TJ Dillashaw could've done
-- Duane Ludwig, Dillashaw's coach, could learn a thing or two from Dom himself; Ludwig had advised Mighty Mouse to move forward against him, got him knocked out; Dillashaw is repeating the same strategies that other fighters have used and failed against him
    -- Dillashaw's in-and-out style vs. Barao's counter-punching = Dillashaw wins 9 out of 10 times
-- People criticized Cruz's style a couple of years ago, now they praise guys like Dillashaw who imitate him
-- Cruz never thought much of Barao--Dana White built him up because Cruz was on the shelf; Dillashaw now gets similar (unwarranted) hype
-- Dillashaw has only beaten one top-5 opponent in Barao; lost to Assuncao; lost to Dodson
-- Dillashaw is a 'wannabe' and didn't act or realize he was a champion until now; nobody believes he is the true champion
-- Dom plans on returning in the New Year and doesn't need a warm-up fight

    Worth a listen.
