Just happened to run across this for the die-hards who would be interested: The Sporting News' new Complete Pro Football Draft Encyclopedia is indispensable literature for NFL Draftniks. The massive 704-page manual is the most comprehensive guide ever compiled about the NFL's annual player lottery. The book includes a list of every player selected from 1936 to 2004, as well as year-by-year picks for every NFL team; complete draft listings by college; and an in-depth look at the Top 99 prospects for the 2005 draft. The best stuff, though, is the array of idiosyncratic lists compiled by TSN editors: the All-Alabama team; the all-second-round pick team; rankings of the best players chosen at No. 8, etc.
