Bob Cousy made a short comeback at 42. It only lasted a few games, though. If Clyde does this, he'd probably become the oldest NBA player ever by the end of the season (43). I think he could definitely contribute in limited minutes, but I don't know how serious he is about it. He seems to be kind of backing off on it. We'll see what happens.
Didn't anyone see Nique' throw down an alley oop at I think last year's All-Star events? How old was he? He definitely still had a bit of hops.

So I wouldn't be surprised if Drexler could still dunk. + if he runs 5 miles a day like I read. I've never runned 5 miles in my life, I wouldn't be to surprised to see him get around 10 to 15 dunks if he plays at least 70 games.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting '[KBC:</div><div class="quote_post">']It's true. Haven't you seen the article? If you haven't, then check out the Nuggets forum and you'll find a link in there (or just look at the first post). As for if it's actually going to happen, I have no idea, although I hope not.</div> Thanks..saw the article This is either a Publicity stunt or this is just some cruel joke.
LOL, when I saw the title of this thread I thought he was coming back for a coaching spot. Clyde coming back to play? That's just crazy. Miami's without a doubt a contender, but I'd think twice before giving him a shot..
i would give a shot to clyde at 42 he doesn't have to glyde above all like he used to do in prime time... he is one of the best ever at his position... for those of you that doubt about Michael's comeback do not compare him with MJ's standarts of his prime time but compare him with all the other players in the league...he was one of the best of the season..../
