We have no idea what the back story was. The guy who got punched looks like a tool, but the guy who hit him did it from his blind side, so it was a sucker punch. Not really cool honestly. Also, I understand if those guys didn't want to fight, no problem with that, but he hit one of them in the face and he did nothing. They didn't do shit until the guy was knocked unconscious on the ground. At that point they felt safe enough to go over and kick the guy. Pretty pussy if you ask me.
Fresh out of HS at a party at a park and this guy I knew was trying to fight me. Kept talking shit, calling me out. I WASN'T going to get in a fight just cause this drunk was fucking with me. Next thing you know some random guy nobody knew ran up and sucka' punched me. HARD! Knocked me down. By the time I hopped up ready to defend myself....... there must have been 5 or 6 of my friends on top of this dude kicking his ass! It was funny, my jaw hurt....... but more from laughing at this guy who picked the wrong motherfucker to punch. I didn't do anything, I just got another beer and walked off.
Ahh man, that guy in the black shirt was going for a groin shot! Lucky for the moppy haired do that he missed.
As an aside, ever notice how some people talk louder when they drink? That's why alcohol content is listed by volume.
I don't know the complete backstory, but it looked like some "action" was necessary. Although it looks like the grey shirt guy overdid it a bit, so he could get in trouble, I'm not really sure. I would like to know more about this case to come to a complete decision.
