    I did the math in another thread, and if you exclude the 4th quarter and the points that were scored off turnovers from the offense, the starting defense only gave up 14 points. That's not bad at all.

    I get why Nick is mad, but I think it's a good thing that Wazzu left their starters in. That gives our backups experience against a starting unit. This happens in virtually every blowout we've had this year. We clear the bench, and the other team leaves their starters in to make the score look less lopsided. I can't think of a game off the top of my head that didn't have at least one or two touchdowns for the other team in the 4th quarter.

    I think Nick is chapped because of the WSU QB breaking that attempt record.

    Vince Young didn't have near the arm or the smarts as Mariota has.
