now that I can agree with, at least on Dame. Watching him today I don't think he should have played. Not only that, he played 38 minutes. That's just dumb

But it was the coach holding them back, not the roster.

Ducks are on CBS; they counterbalanced our Philly win with a loss on Thursday; hopefully they will counterbalance our loss today.

Didn't really think it was a "Bad Loss'".
I guess that is where many of us differ. They were on the last of a 6 game road trip and were in the game the entire way with a position to close out but Wide Open looks didn't fall?
That is not a "Bad Loss" in my book.

    No i didn't mention injuries......

Yep. Who really wants to be associated with the Knicks? The only thing going for that team is Madison Square Garden and bright lights big city of New York.

Was it coach decision to play Lillard or was it Dame himself? Didn't Stotts just say, he can't bench vets?

I'm sure Dame wanted to play and we don't have a coach, we have a guy that just lets the players do what they want. If it's a bunch of scrappy young guys they choose to play scrappy ball. If it's Dame and Co. they just do the same thing they've done since Stotts started. Now Stotts does get a ton of credit for that because he's been coaching Dame his entire career so Dame's expectation is Stotts ball but even if Stotts grew a brain and thought motion in the offense would lead to more wins I just don't think he'd say anything at this point. I think he just let's the players run shit and he's their cheerleader.

Saying “injuries are not an excuse” is literally the dumbest. There is a roster. It has players. Some better than others. Take 2/3/4 top players out. The team isn’t as good. If it IS as good, you need to get rid of those 2/3/4 guys, immediately. The warriors won 3 titles then lost KD Klay Steph and Draymond with injuries or free agency. Guess what! They had the worst record in the NBA! Why?

I agree with this take. All they did was prolong this injury a bit longer. Sit him until he is fully healthy and hit the reset button.

DirecTV signal was just fine no problem. Must be whatever service you have the league pass through.

Blazers Broadcasting through Comcast had a few issues. The screen literally went black for about 20 seconds and then jumped to commercial then back to a Gary Trent missed three.
Also the captioning was really bad all game until the game was over.

Yes i watch the game with captioning.

    You're changing
Even if that's true, their current coach has them playing winning basketball. Coaching either matters or it doesn't.

    Looks like it matters.

I’m at the Seattle airport and my YouTube TV won’t let me watch the game on my phone..you’d think they’d have it on at the bar since it’s UW but no

The Knicks are 11-13. That's more losing than winning, basketball. If you believe in facts.

So Stotts said that "physically Lillard seemed to be ok". Ok.
