That doesn't make sense. Everyone who has turned in a ballot for this Nov's election those ballots have not been scanned yet. They will not be scanned in until 8pm of election night. So there is no way to change someone's vote because the way they voted is not known yet.
Print it out. Mail it. Who knows. Try it out. If multiples received, they will cancel them out??? Who knows. Just bringing whats being talked about online.
