That's fine, and it's not a big deal. I only chimed in because I didn't really see anyone else actually say something that quite matched my perspective on the matter. If you still disagree, I'm OK with that. I mean, you're wrong, but that's fine with me.
As far as I'm concerned, no, because it's clear that his intention is not to demean, divide, or denigrate. Especially considering the last segment of the bit, where he transitions in to judging people by their food, and the start of his bit about fried chicken, it's pretty obvious that his whole desire is to mock the ridiculousness of racial stereotypes rather than pander to them. That's what makes what he's doing different than most what of the progressives decry; the comments or actions commonly called out as racist are those that suggest that another person or group is "less than" because of racial heritage. Chappelle isn't doing that at all.
