It's the SouthWest corner. I've been by it so many times it would make your head spin.

I haven't seen anyone selling in any of the alleys in First Addition, Lake Oswego, ever and that's the only place I know of that has alleys in Oregon. I'm not that familiar with the Bend area though.

I'd love to go to Thailand except that now I'm virtually married to the VA hospital. There's some Thai food that I love.

Not that I've ever heard about.

And then there's the cost of my thrice weekly treatments, one thousand dollars or more per treatment.
Add to that the fact that I not only have to pay the cost until the VA can reimburse me which takes about a year, but the fact that I've got to produce an itemized receipt in English that has got all the 'i's dotted and the 't's crossed perfectly before they will grant a reimbursement. It all spells an unlikely reimbursement being granted and a virtual impossibility of any highly unlikely reimbursement being granted within a year or more probably within several years for a Thai charge and it's just not possible for me to travel there. I could probably get reimbursed for travel to England or Germany or Japan or even South Korea. But Thailand would present serious problems.
