No offers and he's only 30. I wouldn't mind having him on a minimum deal.

I think he will sign a deal by seasons start. I like Drew , and his development potential. But there will be others that can use him.

I wouldn't mind Enis on a min deal either but $100 mill in career earnings I think he'll survive being out of the league at 30, lol.

I really like the guy but only on a vet min deal. Unfortunately he doesn’t fit our new scheme at all.

He certainly is better than a good number of backup centers out there.

It is too bad he is out of the league.

Go watch summer league. That’s what Chauncey wants. Intense defense and sharing the ball on offense. I’m not even sure Dame can do it.

Just as long as he doesn’t break Steve Blake’s record

I heard he is in Jerusalem now for a basketball camp. I am sure they would love to have him play there in one of the Israeli teams.

Haha, it’s funny because Turkey wouldn’t pay him.

Sucks… Who wants to play pro ball in turkey anyways? Kanter playing in Turkey would be like Carlos Boozer becoming a Carney.

Well I'm pretty sure what you watched in summer league will be a bit different and i know it will be against different talent that will not be the same either.
I really hope he ain't playing those guys and tanking again either. I've have my fill of 30+ point blowouts for a while.

The scheme won’t change. It’s at the heart of what he wants to do. The players might change but high energy defense and ball movement doesn’t change just because you have Dame and Ant and Nurk and Grant.

Yeah not saying you are wrong at all. Just have not seen anything from this team as of yet under Billups. I'm gonna hold judgement. I mean we watched Elleby last year? That was not ball movement. That was something else?
I also kind of feel Billups is still a rookie coach at this point. He has not been in any real game situations that mean anything either.

Nah dude, he definitely can’t draw attention from the defense, or punish them when he doesn’t. There’s not a chance that he creates open opportunities for his teammates because of his offensive efficiency.

Look at this squirrel I just saw

    I like squirrels...

It's kind of even more than that. Every coach wants intense defense and sharing the ball. What coach doesn't try to implement that? Chauncy tried with the players he had to start last year and it didn't work at all. Then he got a pass by injury. Dame went down and they decided to go with surgery. Then they decided to tank. The team pretty much played Rat Ball the rest of the year.
Summer league is pretty much a Rat Ball show and the Blazers got lucky and every card that needed to fall did so they got to the Championship game. Then they were obviously the team with the most experience together.
I have to wonder if they had Sharp do they put winning ahead of playing time for the new kid? How many more combinations of teams do they try and does it cost them another game?

I want to bring him in, on a 3 year deal, the second Phil's confirmed to be buying the team.

Enes has bad mouthed the shoe industry...Adam Silver..Lebron.and the entire NBA as being corrupt, greedy and on and on...he has black balled himself if anything..he's criticized the max contract guys as well...I doubt Dame wants to bring that here at this point....I like Enes well enough but I don't see this happening when so many other bigs are out there available now. He's a double double machine off the bench and will give you a ton of offensive rebounds and putbacks....with Winslow off the bench he'd be paired with a better defender than Melo so that would probably work....I'll bet he plays in Europe...lwe can get a 3rd string big from the G league on a two way contract
