22 & 9. Big difference. Still very good and deserving of runaway ROY. However, because of his year out with injury, Blake was competing with a pretty weak and raw draft class: Wall; Turner; Favors; Wes Johnson; Cousins; Udoh; Monroe, etc.

It makes you wonder what happened to him though. His numbers have steadily declined every year since. He's nowhere near as effective, which is weird because usually Chris Paul inflates the stats of his teammates.
I could understand his scoring going down, but his rebounds? He averages 4 less now than he did as a rookie.
His TRB% has gone down every season, so it's not just a less minutes issue, and not just a making more shots issue.
I know that he's in the same conference as Damian, but the fact he didn't win a SINGLE ROtM for the Western Conference seems to suggest that voting for him just smells like a vote to be difficult. Not saying Davis won't have a solid career, or might end up being a bigger name/player than Damian, but I find it hard to accept that it's a vote for anything other then just being difficult/different.
I keep saying this, but he's been doing it for about 4-5 years now. It's not new, it's not funny and it's colored how I read anything from him. No offense, of course, but it's been old for a long time now. "Check out how un-biased I am even though I'm from Portland."
Are you joking, or did you actually just butcher the Schonz? Everyone knows that it's bango before bongo.
