Blazers Roy, have you heard or read any of the many many comments Dames fellow teamates have said about him? He is absolutely making his players better. He provides stability and humility even though he is the leader. He holds himself accountable and to the same standards as others. This helped the team and players become comfortable and perform at a higher level. He helped them work on what to improve.

I'm sorry man, but you don't have a clue what the hell your talking about. Dame absolutely made his teammates better...in many many ways. I suggest you widen that lens a bit my friend!
