The Finals aren't just 4-7 games in a vacuum. There are other factors. Winning games in the regular season is important. Staying healthy is important. Kyrie Irving hasn't had a single 82 game season. The most games he has ever played was 71 in 2013-2014. He only played in 53 games this season. Dude is injury prone. He missed the Finals last season. Maybe if he had stayed healthy they would have won.

Missing the finals and the start of this year was because of the same injury. He's about as injury prone as CP3, who you say the Cavs should go after. Your logic just did a 360 upon itself.

And Kyrie has 1.5 playoffs under his belt, which is clearly a similar sample size. Not to mention Lowry doesn't have a guy named LeBron on his team.

Kyrie isn't going anywhere. If anything Love is gonna be dealt for Cousins somehow.

Kyrie's played in 7 playoff series. That's more than Dame, but I wouldn't say Dame only has 1.2 playoffs under his belt...

Kyrie missed half of the playoffs last year..... therefor 1.5.

How many Blazer playoff games has Dame missed?

LeGM and the incompetence of Sacramento, it could happen. Plus Boogie could demand a trade too.

Kyrie has started in 34 playoff games

    Lowry 31

Sample size is not an issue in this comparison

Why would Neil want to answer questions about Comcast?

    That's a McGowan presser

One offseason accounted for over half of those games. So we're seriously going to give Kyrie the nod simply because he's the second best player on LeBron's team and he had a good postseason?

Lowry shot significantly better over the course of the entire season, of which Irving only played in 55 games.

I don't see why it would matter what season those games took place in. To me that just means he played against tougher competition as he went deeper into the playoffs. Better than playing 1st round series only or something like that.

Over the last 5 seasons Lowry has played in 32 more total games than Kyrie. Average of 6 games per season.

Besides, if you want to get hung up on stats over an entire season, Kyrie has been better player over the last 5 seasons. I mean it's not all that close if you want to look at a 5-year sample size

    Then include the playoffs.....

Turner was very much on my radar the year we traded for Afflalo. I wanted him then, and still want him now. Everyone knocks his 3 point ability, but it's easier to teach a poor 3P shooter how to improve their % than it is teaching a poor defender how to stay in front of guys like Steph Curry.

I guess ESPN "Insiders" are already talking shit about this signing. They talked shit on us last year too when we lost LaMarcus and brought in a bunch of "nobodies". I'm of the opinion that ESPN pays their employees so poorly that they can barely afford to eat. So in order to feed their families they keep coming back for a taste of that Portland Crow.

He is a little more athletic than I thought from those highlight. Quicker and better hops. Love his handles, his passing, and his D.
