    The Trail Blazers’ Evan Turner is not happy about how much an Egg McMuffin costs at whatever McDonalds he went to on Friday. He took to his Instagram Story to express all of his anger in a mini rant.

    Here’s what he says with a straight face:

    “When the hell did the Egg McMuffin start costing $3.50? Just gonna sneak that right by us, huh? Ya’ll worried about Trump, they out here raising prices to McDonalds. Meanwhile, I’m supposed to be out here motivating youth and telling them to stay the course in society knowing damn well they out here charging $3.50 for Egg McMuffins. How can I talk to them with any type of conviction…?”

    Hopefully next year we see some sweet P&R between Turner and Nurk.

    When you factor in the fact that to a guy making 18 mil a year, this is like one of us complaining about the price of a hamburger being raised from 2 for a penny to 1 for a penny. Makes the joke lose its zing.

    Evan Turner brings a lot of versatility on the court but god damn he is overpaid, for now at least until cap rises again and it looks semi okay

    Iggy is reportedly resigning with GS for half that amount. His contract would look ok if the cap were doubling.

    Last time Iggy was a FA reports are he told GSW to sign everyone else, and waited until they freed up space for him.
    He wants to be in GSW.

    The difference being that his "anger" is addressed at McDonalds, which sets the price of the Egg McMuffin. The frustration in this thread seems to be addressed at Turner, when it's the Blazers that gave him the massive contract. That's like being pissed at the Egg McMuffin.
