KCI & JoJo- All My Life I know they play this at every dance event in North America (atleast for high school) but I'll never forget singing this to my girl (ex now ) while we were dancing. It just means a lot to me. <div class="quote_poster">Quote:</div><div class="quote_post"> "Diary" by Alicia Keys - I don't really need to explain in-depth why these are emotional songs for me, because they're intentionally emotional songs and lyrically tend to cover relationships, an emotional issue. </div> I love Diary as well. Gwen Stafani- Real Thing Once again, reminds me of my ex. The lyrics relate to my feelings that I had for her perfectly. I used to listen to this when we were going out...gave me goosebumps..I don't think it was supposed to but yeah.. There's a BUNCH of songs that remind me of past lovers etc etc but I don't feel like holding on to past relationships anymore so on a more positive note : 2Pac- Dear Mama I can't say it relates to my mom cause I don't exactly live inthe ghetto, but when 2Pac's voice chokes up while he says "and even though I act crazy, I gotta thank the lord that you made me" gets me everytime.
I usually get choked up easily by deep songs or anything deep for that matter. I don't cry much but I get the urge... girls like me because I have feelings. Anyways... my favorites are probably: Life Goes On - Tupac Dear Mama - Tupac I'm Moving On - Rascal Flatts Skin - Rascal Flatts Any R. Kelly ballad about life
there is one called butterfly kisses dont know whos its by but any Dad that hears this songs will know what i mean, here is a thing on youtube that has the song in the background http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ih_ka1XubXo...terfly%20kisses
I remember the very first song that had me choked up was: Eric Clapton - Tears from Heaven It was about him meeting his recently deceased son heaven.... When it comes to emotion songs, that probably tops the list for me.
I get very emotional when I listen to My heart is broken and I'll never love again because you took my love away from me and I'm a suicidal prick so I'm going to slit my wrists - Some emo band

<div class="quote_poster">Quoting M Two One:</div><div class="quote_post">http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7azMjHYzeXM...%20Behind%20Her The Canyon Behind Her Or my own, since I write and play. I'll post those sometime now that I have them all copyrighted. Now I need the cash to get into the studio. I have no ambition to be professional, music isn't about that to me.</div> I didn't know there were any Dredg fans on this board. Great band, and song. I had the privilige to see them play in Atlanta about a year ago, and they were phenomenal. As for me. These usually do the trick... <ul> [*]Jeff Buckley - Hallelujah [*]Jeff Buckley - Dream Brother [*]Damien Rice - Delicate [*]Damien Rice - Cannonball [*]Damien Rice - Creep (Radiohead Cover) [*]Bob Dylan - The Man In Me [*]Bob Dylan - Masters of War [*]Tool - Lateralus [*]Tool - Wings For Marie/10,000 Days [*]A Perfect Circle - The Nurse Who Loved Me (Failure Cover) [*]The Mars Volta - Televators [*]Ryan Adams - Wonderwall (Oasis Cover) [*]Johnny Cash - Hurt (Nine Inch Nails Cover) [/list] There's a hell of a lot more, but those dig the deepest.
<div class="quote_poster">Quoting MrJ:</div><div class="quote_post">Really deep songs do that to me sometimes. Has it ever happened to you when you were so into a song you started getting emotional? Not necessarily crying, but real moved by the song? If so, what was it?</div> are you gay?
