Yeah. I'm actually someone who generally liked Whitsitt, but giving up on Jermaine O'Neal was a killer. I don't really agree with people who claimed that Strickland or Schrempf "killed chemistry" and the Grant-for-Kemp deal while not good wasn't ultimately that big a deal (Kemp bit, but Grant wasn't that great the rest of his career). Losing O'Neal for someone as low impact as Dale Davis made a huge difference.
