Wouldn’t even call their roles minor. Bucks rely on their depth a lot so Connaughton and Lopez are important and Matthews is actually a starter I think. Super fun team I agree.
Aminu - 4.2 pts, 6.5 rebs and almost a block in ~24 mpg. Shooting .50% from '3' but 17% from '2'. Still can't score. Curry - 9.3 pts and 1.8 assts in 22 mpg. .423 from '3'. Shooting a higher volume from '3' so far. Harkless - 5.6 pts, 3 rebs in ~21 mpg. Shooting 33% from '3' and 64% from '2'. Rotation player on a loaded team. Kanter - 12 pts and 6 rebs in 1 game for the Celtics. Layman - 9.6 pts, 2.4 rebs and almost a block per game in ~25 mpg. Shooting 40% from '3'. Solid rotation player. Leonard - 8.8 pts, 5.7 rebs and 1 block in ~22 mpg. Shooting 62% from '3' and 65% from '2'. Blocks WAY up but still lost on 'D'. Turner - 4 pts, 1 reb and 2.3 assts in 11 mpg in 3 games. Hasn't hit a '3'. Just no playing much.
As of the 1st 10 games, Meyers leads the NBA in 2 categories, 3P% and TS%. For swish3s, Meyers is 64.7% and 72.9% for TS%. It makes sense for the NBA leading swish3 shooter to attempt at least 6 per game. Remembering the 5 of 6 and 10 of 12 in WCF against GSW, I wonder why Eric Spoelstra isn't calling on Meyers for 6-12 swish3 attempts per game. In their last game, Meyers attempted none. The Heat are worth watching this year. Will they be strong enough to beat the Celtics?
Jake Layman had 21 points as a starter tonight. Evan Turner currently has 11 points off the bench at halftime.
All these dudes are what they were in Portland inconsistent I only miss Jake but Stotts hates him so whatever
I miss all of them except ET. Tough choice for the vote between Meyers, Hark, and Curry but went with Hark given the team he’s on. Will always admire Meyers for enduring so much shit from Blazer fans while staying positive & enthusiastic the whole time.
Anyone know why BRoy don’t even show up to a Blazer game. I was just watching Kobe enters the arena and sat at court side and was thinking, when was the last time BRoy show up for a Blazer game?
